WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
What is your return/refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please send us an email within 3 days of receipt of your order.
As a policy, we do not accept returns of opened products, which rings true especially during this global pandemic. However, we do accept packages that are refused/unopened and we will either provide a refund of the product’s purchase price or a product replacement, whichever the customer prefers.
Should you submit a proper claim, by email within 3 days of receipt of your order, then we will review your claim for a full or partial refund, depending on whether or not the product has been opened/used. Shipping is not refunded.
Should a refund be issued, your refund will be processed via your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
